Staff, visitors and volunteers of Princess Alice Hospice cycled more than 85 miles as part of a workout at work day.
As part of the day, which promotes physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace, 54 people gave up five minutes of their time to see how far they could cycle.
As part of the day, participants were also treated to a pilates taster session and given advice and tips on wellbeing.
Kathy Birch, day hospice and therapies manager, said: "Work out at Work Day is one way in which we can support and encourage our staff and volunteers to look after themselves and keep healthy.
"The aim is to encourage our staff to develop healthier working habits whether they are office based, working at the hospice in Esher or in the community."
