Merits restaurant serves up food for its 25th year
Richmond College’s Merits restaurant celebrated 25 years of service with a series of lunches and dinners.
The training restaurant has been a vital learning environment for thousands of future chefs and food service staff since opening to the public in 1989.
Head of catering at the college, Gillian Griffin, said she wanted to thank the restaurant’s loyal customers for their support through the years.
She added: “I would also like to thank our students and my team for all their hard work.
“I hope our customers have enjoyed their anniversary meals and we hope to continue to serve them for many more years to come.”
