Two injured drivers were taken to hospital after a serious car crash in Headley this afternoon.
A black Ford Fiesta collided with a silver Land Rover Freelander in Headley Common Road (B2033) at around 1.20pm.
The male driver of the Land Rover, believed to be in his 50s, was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting with head and arm injuries.
The female driver of the Ford Fiesta, in her 20s, was taken to East Surrey Hospital with leg injuries.
At 5.09pm police said: "The road is currently closed between the junctions with Headley Grove and Boxhill Road is expected to reopen within the next hour."
