A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a body inside a flat that had been set alight.
Police said Antonio Tommaso was stabbed to death two or three days before his flat in Potters Road, New Barnet, was torched on Thursday, May 15.
Two men were later arrested and yesterday, Daniel Asubo, 30, of Barnet, was charged with murder, arson with reckless endangerment to life, and perverting the course of justice.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Hendon Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The second man, 31, was arrested on suspicion of murder and has been bailed until late June.
