A colourful advertising hoarding has covered up the vacant former Bottoms Up site in the Causeway, Teddington.

Richmond Council recently assigned the Teddington Business Community (TBC) to create the hoarding, reflecting businesses on the road, to cover the large eyesore.

The TBC’s Bridget Clements said: “We could have just reproduced some of the excellent old photos on the hoarding for this large site but we wanted the hoarding to be more inviting, colourful and forward thinking, to help attract business interest in the site.”
