A fun run to raise money for a cancer charity has been cancelled.

The Relay for Life, organised by Cancer Research UK, was meant to be held in Jubilee Park, Edmonton, on June 22.

However, due to mass advertising of their other fundraiser, Race for Life, potential participants have become confused at the difference in events and are signing up for the wrong event.

Race for Life is a women-only event, while Relay for Life is a 24-hour non-stop event.
