Is this the men cleaning the cars? I have often wondered about them and the legitimacy of their business. Personally their constant presence in the car park has made me extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Immigration is a huge problem but not just the illegal ones but also the legal ones that are here from Europe.
There is a certain car wash in Leatherhead which must be turning over millions as alwasys streams of cars waiting and employs all foreign polish, romanian etc workers. I bet they do not pay the minimum wage and would gaurantee you there accounts say they are making far less than they are as most takings will be in cash which will then be stashed or shipped offshore.

I'm glad they are dealing with this but think its just the tip of the iceberg and other crimes relating to foreign nationals whether that be legal or illegal all need looking into.

I like a bargain as much as the next guy, but if these illegals doing a job cheaply means a genuine tax payer cannot run a profitable competitive business, then they really need to start looking into these people, and thankfully that finally seems to be happening.

These people earn next to nothing and live in run down areas. Not surprising if they work illegally to live better lives here than in their own countres if they can't get legal permits. You'd do the same if you were in their position.

'The taxpayer' takes advantage of this. Rather than lift a finger to wash their own cars (how long does it take?) some people feel the need to get others to do it. Besides, where is competition that they are supposedly depriving of jobs?
