Training facilties used by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation has been re-opened after a £200k makeover.
The Douglas Eyre Sports Centre in Walthamstow welcomed budding footballers back for training this week.
The foundation uses the Coppermill Lane site for a number of programmes, including its Soccer School.
Now, the re-modelled facility includes 14 changing rooms, a meeting room, kitchen and a bar.
London FA worked with owners, The London Playing Fields Foundation, to secure half of the cash from the Premier League and the FA Facilities Fund.
Another £50k came from Biffa waste and management recycling and the rest was provided by the Sport England’s Inspired Facilities Fund.
