Detectives are appealing for information following the fight in Fore Street Edmonton.
A man is in a serious condition after a fight broke out between two groups of men in the early hours of this morning.
Officers were called at 3am to reports of a fight in Fore Street, Edmonton, close to the junction with the A406.
London Ambulance Service attended and a 30-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from head injuries. He is currently in a serious condition.
Six men have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and one man has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
Detectives are appealing for information.
