Whilst I think its disgusting and thoughtless, why is there not any bins in the carparks?

Even if there aren't bins, you don't just leave it. I have three kids under 5 and on many occasions I've just had to take it home with me if I haven't found a bin. Some people are so disgusting and disrespectful. People don't give a **** about the country anymore!

Nappies should not be put into ordinary litter bins. There are public toilets in The Walnuts, I believe with nappy-changing facilities. Otherwise, you put them into a plastic bag and take them home to dispose of them properly.

Presumably the same sort of people who do this let their dogs foul in children's play areas.
