Police in Waltham Forest have released a CCTV image of a suspected attacker. 

Suspect 137666 is wanted in connection of actual bodily harm following an attack on a security guard at Currys in Leyton Mills, Leyton, on December 30 at 10:45am.

A security guard was punched repeatedly after he approached the man he suspected of shoplifting. 

The CCTV image has been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.

Anyone with information should contact Waltham Forest police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
