A historic Finchley farm will play host to a special yoga event to raise money for a multiple sclerosis charity today.

Yoga teacher Jenny Igoe and student Jane Ower have organised Yoga Down on the Farm, which will take place at College Farm in Fitzalan Road from 11am to 6pm.

There will be a total of 15 classes offering yoga to suit all levels, including people suffering from multiple sclerosis (MS).

Yoga Down on the Farm will be held inside some of the farm’s historic buildings and also outside on the parkland.

There will also be a meditation area, a children’s yoga tent, as well as individual therapies, drumming, children’s story-telling, circus skills and crafts.

All proceeds from the event will go to Harrow Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, which provides therapies for MS sufferers.
