A proposed 24-hour tube strike on Monday is set to disrupt train services in Enfield and Haringey.

London Underground has laid out a contingency plan for if, as looks increasingly likely, the RMT Union calls the strike over a re-structuring dispute.

The union says proposals to close ticket offices will result in numerous job losses, though London Underground insists there will be no lay-offs, with hundreds of staff already putting themselves forward for voluntary redundancy.

Piccadilly line services will be running between Arnos Grove and Cockfosters, though there will be no services in the central part of the line.

The Victoria Line meanwhile will only be running between Seven Sisters and Victoria, with trains every five minutes.

London Underground says it will extend the service to Brixton if possible.
