Fancy a different family day out?

News Shopper has teamed up with the Sidcup Motorcycle Club to offer two VIP tickets to the British Motocross Championships in Swanley on May 18.

Swanley boasts one of the best Motocross circuits in the country and the best riders in the UK and the continent will be competing in what is recognised as the best domestic Motocross series in the world.

The series has a huge following of fans who follow the championship around the UK, and that is a testament to the teams and riders who push themselves and their bikes to the limit, while never forgetting that they're racing to entertain the crowds at the circuits.

Start the day with the paddock walkabout, meet the riders and get autographs, watch
mechanics prepare, see the bikes being checked over in the official testing areas, pick up posters and stickers and soak up the electric atmosphere.

There is a shopping village, lots of food stands, a beer tent, children’s entertainment and plenty of toilets.

The track, Canada Heights, is signposted on AA signs from junction three of the M25
(Swanley) at the A20 interchange.

Tickets cost £20 for adults, £5 for children or £45 families.
