Work to remove the infamous Tottenham Hale gyratory is almost complete, according to Transport for London (TfL).

Plans to convert Broad Lane into a two-way street will be finished by April 27.

TfL believes two-way traffic will significantly improve the road network by providing more options for vehicles travelling in both directions through the area, as well as providing easier access for local residents and businesses, according to TfL.

The plans are also expected to help make the area more accessible and appealing for pedestrians and cyclists.

The work forms part of a wider £34m scheme to improve the area around Tottenham Hale.
