A housing company says it sold every apartment in a new Enfield development in record time.

Hundreds applied for the Fairview Homes' block of 29 flats in Eaton Road, Enfield Town, with every home sold months ahead of schedule.

Fairview sales director Steven Allenby said: “Vogue is an unusual development with an enviable combination of appealing features.

“It is a small, private apartment building with enhanced security features and every home had undercroft parking.

“Enfield Town station is less than five minutes’ walk and from there you can be in central London in just over half an hour.

“With a supermarket, restaurants, shops and a cinema close by, residents at Vogue have everything they need on their doorstep.”

Fairview is also planning on building more homes in the Cecil Road area.

Great ... let's ram more people into Enfield Town just after the A&E at Chase Farm is closed. Another reason to open it up again.
