Jess Morgan has an eclectic selection of songs, incorporating all aspects of life and a plethora of emotions.

A folk singer-songwriter by trade, the Norfolk musician performs at Twickfolk this week.

Morgan writes songs that tell stories about women and men, life and death, work and play, accompanied by acoustic guitar.

Her songs are peppered with influence from British folk music as well as country, folk and blues from across the pond.

Gerry Evans of TwickFolk says: “Jess Morgan is a talented young East Anglian songwriter who accompanies herself with intricate and rhythmic guitar arrangements incorporating unusual tunings.

“She played a support spot at Twickfolk in early 2013 and we're delighted to welcome her back to mark the release of her brand new Langa Langa CD.”

She will be joined in Twickenham by Blackpool singer-songwriter Dan Wilde.
