An athletics centre in Edmonton welcomed a record number of schools to its annual indoor competition.
Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton attracted 108 teams from nearly 50 schools across Enfield, Essex and Hertfordshire.
The six-week competition culminated in a finals night at the centre on Wednesday, April 2.
Lee Valley Athletics centre manager Mick Bond said: “Children competing for their school in athletics competitions is the first step to joining a club and long term participation in the sport. We are very proud this competition is attracting such a great number of entries and the level of the competition is rising each year.”
