Pollution levels are high in parts of Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham this morning.
According to the London Air website, which monitors air quality in the capital, areas in all three boroughs have a rating of seven out of 10 on the air pollution index.
These include Erith , New Eltham and New Cross meaning levels of nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide and harmful particulates are considerably above average in these areas.
High pollution levels in the capital in the last 24 hours have been caused by light south-easterly winds, the continental air flow and dust blown up from the Sahara desert.
