Thousands of pounds were raised for Sport Relief in a marathon effort by tennis coaches in Wimbledon.
A 26 hour tennis marathon was played by coaches at the Wilton Tennis Club in Wimbledon for the charity on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30.
Wilton club coaches Jack Hankey and Darius Adomonis played non-stop doubles matches for 26 hours and 385 seconds, the equivalent time to the amount of miles of a marathon run.
They raised a total of £3,520 in sponsorship and donations.
Head coach Mr Hankey covered 23 miles in steps measured on a pedometer but just lost out on games, losing 185 matches to Darius' 198 wins.
He said: "The hardest part was the early hours of Sunday morning at about 2am when people started leaving.
"I found it quite good during the day because it was quick so it took your mind off the time."
The duo played constant matches against a variety of opponents throughout the day and night and suffered from sore muscles and joints the following day.
