Landlords can join thousands of London proprietors in gaining accreditation with a course at Esher Civic Centre.
Elmbridge Council has teamed up with the Property Investor Academy to put on the course on April 15, designed for landlords to get accreditation in just one day.
Julie Cook, the council’s head of housing, said the council was keen to raise awareness about professional standards in the management of rented accommodation.
She said: “Landlord accreditation can help as it provides a qualification that Landlords can show their tenants and to others that they have a basic level of knowledge of what’s required to be a responsible landlord.”
The cost of the course is £120. More information can be found at propertyinvestoracademy.com and elmbridge.gov.uk.
