A court date has been set for a man accused of growing cannabis in Waltham Forest.
Jonathon Smith, of Boscombe Avenue in Leyton, was charged on Tuesday with cultivation of cannabis and diverting electricity.
Smith, 48 and unemployed, was arrested on January 7 following a drugs raid at his Leyton home.
Following his arrest, he was bailed pending further enquiries to mid February which was extended until the middle of this month.
He is due at appear at Thames Magistrates Court on April 9.
