Dancing, tea and cake were order of the day at the Leader’s Tea Dance last week.
About 150 of the borough's older residents turned out on Friday, March 14, at York House to dance to the beats of the Ross Mitchell Combo.
The annual event for over-50s is hosted by Lord True, leader of Richmond Council, and is funded from his personal allowance.
He said: “Recognising and appreciating Richmond’s older residents is something I feel very strongly about, and I hope we can keep our residents dancing for years to come.”
