A Weybridge housing association is being supported by Rosemary Simmons, which will take over management services of its property.
The Esher-based housing association has taken over the running of The Orchard, a retirement property for those over 55 in Hanger Hill, previously run by Orchard Housing Association.
The Orchard was designed in the late 1960s by Rosemary Simmons’ founder, Roger Simmons, and provides 12 homes on a former orchard site.
Paul Yates, chief executive of Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association, said: “I’m delighted that we are now providing management services for Orchard Housing Association and look forward to a long relationship.
“We’re very well placed to provide services for smaller associations and charities, particularly those who don’t have their own staff.”
Rosemary Simmons also manages properties for the Fellowship Houses Trust and the Barnes Workhouse Fund.
