Children searched high and low for their very own pot of gold as a shopping centre marked St Patrick’s Day.

The Broadwalk, in Station Road, Edgware, hosted a treasure hunt for children to see if they had the luck of the Irish.

Everyone who completed the hunt was led to the centre’s very own balloon rainbow, where there were prizes for them to pick from.

Centre manager Angela Brooks said: “Living in such a diverse community, we pride ourselves on hosting as many national days and religious celebrations as possible.

“Our St Patrick’s Day event was a great success and it was wonderful to see so many children taking part in the treasure hunt.”
