Couple attacked outside Alexandra Palace after rebuking man for public urination

A woman and a man were attacked after she told someone off for urinating in public.

The pair were assaulted following a performance by the band Disclosure in Alexandra Palace on Saturday, March 8, at around 11.23pm.

The woman witnessed a man urinating in a public area and asked him to stop.

An altercation then took place, during which the lady and her male companion were assaulted.

Two men were arrested.

Police are asking any witnesses to the incident to come forward and call Detective Constable Kay Sekyere on 101 or 0203 276 3070 quoting reference CRIS 2805222/14.
