A Kingston Council traffic enforcement car is believed to have crashed into another vehicle while on patrol in Chessington this afternoon.
Pictures have been circulated on Facebook showing one of the much-maligned, CCTV-carrying cars shunted into the back of a black Toyota at the junction of North Parade and Moor Lane.
One Facebook user on the Original Kingston Upon Thames No Fakes group said they heard "an almighty crash" followed by shouting.
