Colourful blossoms brightened up Barnet this weekend during the first warm spells of the year.
Temperatures in the capital hit a summer-like 18 degrees on Sunday, almost double the average March temperature.
Recent heavy rain was a distant memory as people across Barnet got out to enjoy the borough’s parks and open spaces.

Temperatures are expected to drop again this week, with a high of 11 degrees today (Monday) rising to a possible 13 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday.
