A star-studded preview panel will follow two days of racing at Sandown Park.

The weekend will get off to an early start with the Grand Military Gold Cup Day at the Esher racecourse, which is an important landmark in the jumps season.

The day is filled with racing and military heritage with a host of entertainment on offer alongside a competitive supporting card of jump racing.

It will also showcase the discipline and precision of the armed forces and renew their strong, historic bond with the racing world, along with raising funds for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association, one of the biggest charities that raise money for the armed forces.

The second day of racing will feature the newly sponsored William Hill Imperial Cup Day, which comes just three days before the start of the Cheltenham Festival and is bound to offer clues on the ones to watch.

After watching some of the country’s best hurdlers in action, race goers will be able to head into Esher Hall and enjoy marking their card from the opinions of the great and good of the racing world.

Among those on the panel include trainers Nicky Henderson and Paul Nicholls, Big Bucks owner Andy Stewart, champion Jockey AP McCoy and Kate Millar from William Hill.

The sponsored preview panel will start about 15 minutes after the last race on the William Hill Imperial Cup Day and costs £1, with proceeds going to The Injured Jockeys Fund.
