The most scary physical thing I've done recently was abseiling off the 17 storey helipad of The Royal London Hospital to fundraise for charity London's Air Ambulance. I'm scared of heights, getting wobbly knees standing on a chair, so couldn't look down, couldn't look out across London and swore most of the way down and for a few hours after. But I did it and, along with my best friend Liv, raised well over £1000 for the charity. The charity, who deliver advanced trauma care to the most critically people in the capital, only have one helicopter to look after 10 million people and hopefully this went a little way to their goal of getting another one.
