A horticultural charity is calling for people’s ideas for making the borough a greener place.

Harrow in Leaf is a green charity and horticultural group and is looking to support community projects with a small financial donation.

The organisation has planned the annual Harrow in LEAF Horticultural Show and Fun Day for the August Bank holiday since 2005.

People could get up to £500 to help their idea grow with projects previously supported including schools gardening clubs and planting for care homes.

Anyone who has an idea and would like to apply for funding can do so by writing to Harrow In LEAF, 20 Radstock Avenue, Harrow, HA3 8PE or emailing here.
