Michelin-starred TV chef Raymond Blanc will be demonstrating his cooking prowess in Kingston next week.

The self-taught Frenchman will show off the capabilities of his new cookware range during a live demonstration at the Living Kitchen inside Bentalls department store on Thursday.

He will then be signing copies of his new book, Kitchen Secrets.

Blanc is one of the most recognised and respected chefs working in Britain.

His luxury hotel/restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Milton, Oxfordshire, has been awarded two Michelin stars, and is a popular destination for the rich and famous.

Blanc is also responsible for training several chefs who have now become famous in their own right, including Marco Pierre White and chocolatier William Curley.

Visitors to Bentalls on Thursday can also enter a prize draw for a chance of winning a selection of the Blanc’s new cookware range, which includes bakeware, knives, tools and gadgets.
