Upgrades to stop stench at Deephams Sewage works will be open for second public consultation today

A second consultation period has opened for residents to express their views on a sewage development.

From today until April 8, Thames Water has opened consultation on upgrades to Deephams Sewage works in Picketts Lock Lane, Edmonton.

The upgrade will replace tanks and equipment at the site to stop the smell, which affects the surrounding area.

Residents can email consultations@thameswater.co.uk or attend one of the nine drop-in sessions which will commence on Wednesday, February 26.
