Unsuspecting shoppers will be the recipients of random acts of kindness during a feel-good promotional event at a shopping centre in Edgware.
Members of the management team at The Broadwalk shopping centre in Station Road will be sneaking up on shoppers and offering to buy them any item from the centre of their choice.
The team has £500 to give away, so luxury items like plasma televisions or new sofas are out of the question, but shoppers can be spoiled with less expensive gifts of their choice.
Shopping centre manager Angela Brooks said: “Everyone loves surprises and being spoilt and, following the appalling weather conditions, we are simply holding our random acts of kindness event in the centre to cheer up our customers and say thank you to our loyal shoppers.”
