Year 1 pupils at Hurst Park Primary School performed the first class assembly of the year this week.
The children, all aged five and six, shared some work from their toys topic, including a retelling of the classic story, This is the Bear.
The youngsters also gave a brief history on how the teddy bear got its name at the West Molesey school's assembly on Thursday, February 13.
Hannah Lytton, year 1 class teacher, was brimming with pride after the assembly and commended her pupils for how hard they worked and how loud and clearly they spoke.
