Police are appealing for information after a number of tools were stolen during a burglary in Weybridge.

The tools, including two drills, were stolen from a home in Weyside between 4pm on Monday, February 3, and 7.30am on Tuesday, February 4.

Police believe the burglars forced entry to the home through a side door before forcing open other exterior doors and getting into the garage.

PC Ben Kirby from North Surrey CID said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen, heard or know anything relating to the burglary to contact us.

“Perhaps you were in the vicinity at the time of the incident or you may have since been approached to buy a professional tool – any information could be vital to the investigation.”
