Organisers of an employment fayre hosted by Finchley and Golders Green MP Mike Freer are looking to better last year’s offer of more than 200 jobs and apprenticeships.
The Conservative politician is holding the apprenticeship and jobs fayre at the Green Man Community Centre, in East Finchley for the second year running.
In March last year, 20 employers were able to offer more than 200 vacancies to some of the 400 people attending the event.
But this year, organisers say they want to better those numbers, as well as introducing CV writing and interview classes.
This year’s event will take place on Friday, March 7, at the centre in Strawberry Vale, and is open to anyone.
A spokesman from Mr Freer’s office said: “This year we really want to make it bigger and better.”
