THIRTY firefighters were called to a house fire in Farningham this morning.
Six fire engines attended the blaze which started in the roof of the detached property in Mapleson Lane at 6.20am.
The incident was scaled down to four fire engines at 8am.
The crews are now damping down, turning over and carrying out salvage work.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
