The man at the centre of a dramatic police chase in Twickenham last week has been caught by police and sent back to prison.

Daniel Eastwood, 26, of Telford Road, Whitton, was on the run after evading police after he breached the conditions of his licence.

He was arrested in Twickenham on Friday, January 24, after being wanted on recall and has now been returned to prison.

He was in prison for burglary and was released on licence on December 24, last year.

Eastwood was seen by police on January 19 as a passenger in a silver Ford Fiesta in Andover Road, Twickenham.

The vehicle drove off and Eastwood soon got out and ran away, unsuccessfully pursued by officers.
