Pedestrians and drivers have been asked for their views on changes to a zebra crossing in Kew, where people have been injured.
The zebra crossing at the junction of Lion Gate Gardens is often used for access to Kew Gardens and the northbound bus stop but there have been three injury collisions in the past five years.
Council officers believe the problems are due to the width of the crossing and restricted sight lines.
Richmond Council wants to move the crossing further away from the junction, change it into a signalled pedestrian crossing and widen the pavements.
People must submit their comments to the online consultation by February 10.
