Three men have pleaded not guilty to conspiring to kidnap and rob a Cobham jeweller.
Damon Denham, 26, of Kingsbury Drive, Old Windsor, Eugene Gunderman, 26, of Queens Close, Old Windsor, and Stephen Evers, 42, of Burns Avenue, Feltham, entered not guilty pleas to both charges before Judge Christopher Critchlow at Guildford Crown Court on January 23.
A fourth person charged with the same offences, Danielle Church, 21, of The Gower, Egham, had her case dismissed.
Alan Gardner, counsel instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), said the Crown had no objections to her application for dismissal.
Mark Reid, who owns Gordon Marks jewellers in Cobham High Street, was at his Ockham home on October 14, 2012, when a group of masked men broke into his house.
He was allegedly tied up and driven to the jewellers, where robbers demanded entry to the store.
Mr Reid escaped and was able to raise the alarm.
All three defendants are on conditional bail and must not contact Mr Reid and are not allowed to enter Cobham unless travelling through the area on the M25.
The three men are due to stand trial on July 21.
