A man accused of murdering his 69-year-old mother will make a plea later this year.
Mohammed Badvie, 43, of Aitken Road, Barnet, had a plea and case management hearing at the Central Criminal Court today, but did not enter a plea.
Another plea and case management hearing has now been set for March 27.
Police were called to an address in Aitken Road shortly after 1.40am on Saturday, October 5, last year.
After forcing entry to the house, officers found the body of Badri Dabir, who was pronounced dead at 2.10am. A post mortem gave the cause of death as head injuries.
