Two parks will be getting new outdoor gym equipment installed following a grant of £27,000.
Harrow Borough Council has received the money from the London Marathon Trust Fund to help provide more opportunities for people to get fit.
The new gyms, which will include equipment to exercise the whole body, will be installed in West Harrow Recreation Ground and Headstone Manor Recreation Ground.
The council hope the new equipment will help tackle the rising levels of obesity and give people a means of getting exercise for free.
