A Teddington nursery has maintained its outstanding care rating after its latest Ofsted inspection.
Kidsunlimited in Southcott Road, Teddington, received the highest possible rating after an inspection in November for the second time in a row.
Ofsted inspectors said children at the nursery were “independent, active learners” who benefited from “well-resourced environments”.
The report said the 74 children enrolled were making “excellent progress” thanks to the nursery’s 21 members of “highly-skilled” staff, who it said took a keen interest in the progress of each individual.
Nursery manager Mandy Prentice said: “At Kidsunlimited we take great pride in providing high-quality childcare, so we were delighted that our Teddington nursery received such fulsome praise from Ofsted.
“To have received an outstanding rating in two successive inspections is a real testament to the skill and dedication of the staff at Kidsunlimited Teddington.”
Ofsted only had one recommendation for improvement, which was to enhance the outdoor area to include shelter so children could play outside in all weathers.
