High Road, Leyton, is closed after an accident
A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after being hit by a bus.
The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was hit by the bus in Colchester Road, Leyton, near the junction with High Road at around 6.00am.
Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
High Road remains closed in both directions and services on bus routes 69 and 97 have both been diverted.
