A college will be taking part in a national scheme to encourage its students to read more.

Students and staff from Stanmore College have been signing up to the six book challenge run by national charity The Reading Agency.

Those who sign up to the challenge will have to read six books six months and aims to get adults back into reading and encourage new readers.

People in the community have been invited to join the college and sign up to Stanmore's Six Book Challenge.

Those interested in taking part have until the end of the month to sign up to the challenge and can so by emailing lchelpdesk@stanmore.ac.uk.
