Rodney Marsh was pronounced dead at Shenfield station on Christmas Eve
An inquest into the death of an autistic man who was hit by a train is expected to open on Monday.
Rodney Larsh from Chingford went missing from a family home in Barking shortly after 10am on Christmas Eve.
Later that day police discovered his body at Shenfield station in Essex.
He had been hit by a train and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 20 year old was autistic and it is not clear how he came to be on the tracks.
The family of Mr Larsh paid tribute to him last week, saying he was "a happy, smart and an amazing young man".
Essex Coroner Caroline Beasley-Murray is due to formally open the inquest at the County Hall in Chelmsford on Monday.
