A vulnerable 15-year-old girl missing from Durham since December 27 has family links to Chessington.

Cherise Barfoot was last seen at her home in Cockfield, near Bishop Auckland, but police believe she could be anywhere in Greater London.

She has specific links to Bromley, Chessington, Nottingham and Meopham, Kent.

She is described as a slim, light-skinned black girl with shoulder-length blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a black padded jacket with a fur hood, grey tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers.

PC Richard Teall, from Bromley's Missing Persons Unit, who is leading the investigation said: "Cherise is a vulnerable young girl and we are keen to locate her as quickly as possible to ensure that she is safe and well.”

Anyone with information should call police in Bromley on 0208 284 8766 or Missing People on 116 000.
