A woman died after a car and HGV lorry collided on the M25 at Wisley in the early hours on New Year’s Day.
A blue Lexus and a white HGV lorry were both travelling anticlockwise on the M25 between junctions 10 and 11 at about 1.40am when the accident happened.
A woman in her 30s, who was a passenger in the back of the car, died en route to St George’s Hospital, Tooting.
The driver of the Lexus suffered minor injuries.
The motorway was partially closed while the emergency services dealt with the accident.
