A Pilates studio is inviting the people of Enfield to take part in a special two-day session to raise money for a hospice.
Living Pilates in London Road, Enfield Town, is offering people the chance to enjoy a weekend of action-packed exercise to raise funds for The North London Hospice.
From fast-paced ‘Power Pilates’ to working out on an exercise ball, the weekend of January 11 – 12, 2014, will start at 2pm at the Living Pilates studios.
The studio was established three-and-a-half years ago by Ilse Challis who holds the hospice close to her heart after recovering from breast cancer and losing her father-in-law William to cancer.
She said: “The whole family stayed days at a time at the hospice during the final days of her father-in-law's life and as the family approaches the third anniversary of his passing they wish to dedicate this fund raiser to his name.”
The day will conclude with a raffle draw at 5pm.
